Authentic Valencian paella

The old way, like the grandmothers made them, very fine, with a finger of rice. This is how we make our paellitas! Our founder, Iván González, a pure Valencian, rescues all the essence of the Albufera in individual paellitas, a new way of eating paella!

Singles, those who eat alone and those with strange tastes were crying out for us to listen to them. You no longer need to have a partner to enjoy your favorite paellita. The happy “minimum for 2 people” is over. Now you are in charge.

In the restaurant or wherever you want

We have three very cool restaurants, decorated in warm and blue tones and designed down to the last detail to teleport you to the Albufera of Valencia itself. But be careful! It is no longer necessary to sit at the table to enjoy a good paella. Our Delivery service sends your paellita to the office, to the park, to the pool... Or you come to pick it up at the restaurant and set up the plan at home, your way.
